TOMS are great but the sizing chart needs an update

I carefully read reviews and product specifications and all that. Judging by the photo, the left foot went up normally, but the right one is a size smaller.

Pros
  • The shoes look and feel great, I look forward to getting more from this brand.
Cons
  • A potential downside to the TOMS Alpargata Cupsole Men's White Shoes (US size 9) may be that white shoes show dirt and scuffs more easily than darker colored shoes, requiring more frequent cleaning and maintenance.

Amazing shoes, the best in my rating

I wish I had bought some sooner. The most accurate sizing shoes I've ever owned. The material is stiff enough to slide on without using my hands but strong enough to keep my feet from moving or slipping while walking. I also appreciate the wonderful insoles inside. I've comfortably walked 3 miles in them. I first bought them as home moccasins, but I bought another pair for outdoor activities because I really liked them.

  • Torn in less than 2 months

It's ok I will buy it again if I have to it's yours if I had to say one thing I thought it's the TOMS brand I thought they could be softer maybe this particular item turned out to be sturdier exposed

My conclusion to my review is cautious.

They don't look original and they're not the best as they say, if they don't fit you you have to pay the return shipping through USPS, there's no other option.

  • ..and now Tom has the last laugh, those are great shoes, I replaced my slippers with Vans.

  • The seam on the right heel came undone after a month.

Amazing shoes, the sizing is not exactly the same as US chart. I tried twice.

I actually hate writing this, I love toms and have worn them for 15 years now. That said, last week I ordered a pair the size of the shoes I wear, actually the size of Tom's other pairs, and they were way too big. Reluctantly I asked to speak to customer service, knowing full well it wasn't their fault or the delivery driver, it could just be a discrepancy between me and the app. In any case, I didn't think it was fair to ask for what would otherwise be incredible pants as I knew I would never…
