'Top latch' will not latch. The plastic inside the hood is so sharp that it can be dangerous for the kitten and people when scooping/changing the filler. Also, this item was advertised with a hook on the side to hang a dustpan, but there isn't one. The plastic is cheap and I can see how easily the "lock-off" valves break. The only good thing about this tray is the soft flap door. But that's not enough for our new kitten. i give it back Would definitely not recommend.
