We bought a new pop up RV and the tent bag was practically useless. I saw on the camping site that I belonged to someone who made a tent out of a tarp and attached it to their tent sheet in a pop up. I started researching what I could use for our camper. I saw these tent holders and ordered them hoping they would fit. They are perfect for our tent track! Then I cut off the tent bag as the tent itself remained intact. I ordered a set of grommets and installed the grommets along the edge of the canopy. We put the tent holders in the wing and attached the S hooks to our tent and Viola we got our tent back! Just two cons: 1) The S hooks that come with the holders are very difficult to bend and bend, even with pliers and my husband's strength. I wanted to close one end of the S hooks that connects directly to the holders so they don't fall out. On our first tent trek, the S-hooks stayed in place, but there was no strong wind. Hope everything goes well for her. 2) There is a gap of about 2 inches from where the brackets attach to the RV and where the awning connects to the S hooks. This gap lets the rain through, but that's okay. Otherwise it worked great.
