This came quickly and was easy to install. I only used the teflon tape that came with the kit because it got such bad reviews. It was ok but thinner than I'm used to. Besides, it's not enough. I finished the role and finished the commercial stuff. This is my ONLY complaint. This shower looks great, works great and I am very happy with it. I've used large shower heads in the past and didn't like the power of the jet. This company found a way to have an 8 inch head and still have enough power to enjoy showering. I can wash the shampoo off the whole head at once and not piece by piece like I used to. The hand piece is just as fantastic. It adjusts from almost too much pressure to a thin jet right at the junction of the hose and handle. You just can't beat it, especially in our shower with the water on full blast or off. My shower only has a temperature control, no pressure. This is certainly not due to this shower head combination. What a great product! Would I buy it again if needed? Absolutely. Oh I have to say I've been using it for over a month. Still works fine. Also make sure to clean the tile or whatever in your shower wall before installing the hand held sprayer holder. Apply with an adhesive pad. I had no problems but I cleaned it first. It seems to be there until I decided to take it off.
