Review on BSYUN by Cory Miles

The customer service at BSYUN's online store leaves a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they sell a large variety of musical instruments and audio equipment. Representatives have been unhelpful and uninterested in assisting me with my transaction on many times. The customer service rep I spoke with was obviously uninformed about the things they were selling and unable to address any of my queries. In addition, the quality and timeliness of their delivery and handling were extremely disappointing. Although BSYUN has an extensive catalog, we cannot endorse their store due to our negative experiences with their customer support and shipping.
