The app itself does not have any downsides, but rather it has many features that are useful for me personally as an entrepreneur who runs her own online store from home! Currently I am using their mobile checkout feature so all my orders can be done through this platform which makes life much easier than having everything go though email or phone calls with customers when they place order!! Nothing really comes up at present time except maybe more people will start asking about how we use our services/products? But overall great product- easy payment process via apps (mobile only) - helps us keep track of inventory levels etc.- very simple website design layout allowing quick loading times even while running multiple stores simultaneously.
