When I first ordered and programmed this remote some buttons didn't work no matter how I programmed them (there are different ways to do this). I contacted the seller, Luckystar, and they were kind enough to send me another one (or refund - my choice) without returning the original. Well, the new one worked, but some small problems remained (the channel up/down button only worked if you pressed OK on the SAT page after pressing it (two steps required); the input on the TV worked, but Up arrow/Down not working Not working.Had tv and cable box and I was able to reprogram those few buttons that still had minor issues now they work great!So if you are having these issues try this solution.I would also like to thank Luckystar for you thank you for the GREAT customer service I am now very happy with this remote and it was really great to work with so 5 stars overall you have a very happy customer!
