Excellent performance, not specified 12 months warranty (good)

I bought this item on February 20, 2019. (It works fine without my laptop). So I tested it and the return window was 30 days. Revain and AMEX cannot replace it as it does not have the stated warranty. Currently. After 2 days I was able to contact Vanmass and they offered a replacement. They wrote in the mail that the guarantee is 12 months. It would be nice if Revain had this information for a product.
