Yes, that's right

Bought to replace the broken one. It's almost identical to the original I bought from the HD dealer. I use it on a Fatboy 03 HD to get the filter out of the plugs that got stuck there. Still PIA, but with this tool (and the ratchet with extension) it's at least possible.
