This shade of ivory is absolutely perfect. I'm so happy. I was so nervous about buying the ivory curtain online without seeing it first; I was so worried it might be too creamy, brown or yellowish. But this is NONE of them. It is absolutely perfect, very thin cream color. It's so close to white but without the harshness and harshness of pure white. This is exactly the delicate, soft cream color you would expect from ivory. The decoration in my room is Linen White by Benjamin Moore. (I don't know why previous homeowners used linen white for the trim instead of pure white, but oh well.) This ivory curtain is the perfect complement to it - maybe just a shade lighter than linen white (which is what you want). .) I first bought a pure white sheer fabric and it looked terrible in my room because of my cream trimmings. So I bought this ivory color instead and it's absolutely perfect. Still gives the bright white effect in the room I wanted while being softer and warmer to match my off-white decor. can end up being an ugly cream or yellow and now I'm so excited and happy with this shade that I wanted to share it with other people who might be concerned about it.
