Even the slightest touch scraped off the spice
Had high hopes for this set. Unfortunately, I've since learned that chain mail is actually terrible for my cast iron pans. He removes all spices. The other parts are great, but I won't be using chain mail again unless I need to remove all of the spices to re-season.
