I have a 22" Vizio HD screen (VIZIO M220MV, 22" HD LCD 1080p LED TV, black) and a Vizio Blu-ray (VIZIO VBR122 Blu-ray player with applications for wireless Internet access) in my bedroom. The TV remote was out of order and the Blu-Ray only controlled the Blu-Ray and TV volume, not to mention it was big and bulky. I wanted a universal remote for a low cost and a lot less than a Blu-ray remote. This remote works great without programming (simply because I chose the same manufacturer). Since this isn't my main entertainment, I don't need a Logitech Harmony for those two things, a simple basic remote will suffice. I am very happy with this product and I recommend it to those who have the same situation as me.
