Review on TOKIbot by Born Waheed

I like how easy it is to create custom chatbots for different use cases using multiple languages, including Chinese! It's also very powerful in terms of customization options (I can't think about any downsides at this point).

The UI could be improved though - sometimes you need an extra tap or two before clicking through menus when trying out new features / actions. We've been able solve several business problems by building our own ChatBot solution instead of relying solely upon Google Assistant/Amazon Alexa integration within apps such as Slack & Teams etc..
