I like how easy it is to use, you can create as many bots for different tasks or projects without much hassle. The support team are very helpful when solving any issues we have. I like how easy it is to create custom chatbots for different use cases using multiple languages, including Chinese! It's also very powerful in terms of customization options (I can't think about any downsides at this point). The UI could be improved though - sometimes you need an extra tap or two before clicking through menus when trying out new features / actions. I like how simple it is to use, as well has being able tto see all my tasks at once so i can get right in! The only thing which could be better about this software would have been for them not include ads when you are using their service free of charge (also having multiple accounts was annoying).
