Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. We purchased this product from a local Best Buy store on March 27, 2018. The vacuum cleaner was delivered on 04/02/2018. We started on April 4th, 2018. The vacuum cleaner worked great at first. However, after 3 weeks it stopped working. Apparently the battery/charger was defective. The manufacturer is terrible. They never respond to customer inquiries. When we call the customer line only a voice message is received with no further action taken as a result of our message. We have not received a reply to our emails or the request we made on their website. Now our car broke down and our money was wasted. Please stay away from this product. Or buy one if you only plan to use it for a few weeks.
