Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. We purchased this product from a local Best Buy store on March 27, 2018. The vacuum cleaner was delivered on 04/02/2018. We started on April 4th, 2018. The vacuum cleaner worked great at first. However, after 3 weeks it stopped working. Apparently the battery/charger was defective. The manufacturer is terrible. They never respond to customer inquiries. When we call the customer line only a voice message is received with no further action taken as aβ¦
