It arrived today and meets my expectations. It sits comfortably on my wrist, level with my old Belkin mouse pad that has finally worn out (the coating material has peeled off the pad). The mouse navigation area is well designed, allowing me to perform a full range of operations without going overboard. It sticks well to the table (non-slip) and comes in a box that prevents twisting during transport. I've seen reviews discussing smells, so here's my two cents: It sat on my desk at work a few hours ago, although you can smell a faint smell of new rubber if you hold it to your nose. which is perfectly normal in my experience (technically my 8 year old Belkin still smells up close). Based on the fact that you received it today and are aware of this review, unless you have a very sensitive nose smell, this probably isn't a problem for you.
