Every bathroom should have spare toilet paper rolls on hand because very often when I go to the bathroom it's because I "have to". So it's too late when I finally notice that there's only an empty cardboard tube left in the toilet paper holder. This toilet paper holder is just over 16 inches tall. The widest part is the 5 inch base which is about the width of a toilet paper roll so it doesn't take up much floor space. The weighted base won't tip over and the raised platform is about 1" tall to keep paper rolls off the floor. Also, there is a layer of sealing under the base that prevents the holder from getting scratched on my bathroom tiles. The post is 15 inches and holds 3 rolls of paper, whether I'm using a standard (small), large and/or jumbo, any size will do thanks to the open design. I love that the holder doesn't have any sides to squeeze a large roll of paper, just a bar to slide the rolls of paper into a stack of three. This toilet holder is designed for our downstairs guest bathroom where there is only one toilet and pedestal sink. Unfortunately, there's no vanity or other place to store extra toilet rolls, so this holder works really well in the corner between the toilet and the wall.
