This pure silk ECOLIFEARTH dental floss is a strong dental floss that won't break. You will receive a 33 yard roll of dental floss in a very convenient bamboo dental floss holder. The thread is made of silk and is very good. It is coated with organic candelilla wax so it slides easily between teeth. The thread holder can be filled. The top unscrews to access the top of the dispenser and then the center of the holder unscrews to install the new filament. It's a lovely little bamboo cylinder that even fits in a small purse and is attractive enough to keep on your bathroom counter. However, it's quite difficult to screw the case back on after you've opened it up to fill it with threads. I have never tried silk thread but I prefer it. I really like that it doesn't crumble and is so thin.
