Zip system is terrible

engineer included this in our blueprint and we deeply regret it. It literally builds your house out of glued wood chips and tape. it breaks, falls apart, swells with water, etc. The tape does not stick even when folded, therefore voiding the warranty. Representatives will not come to share details even if they live in the same city. it's such rubbish. A few years ago it sold for $8 a sheet, now it's about 10 times that. complete shit. don't be a victim of it. the price also lifts the little guys up. very terrible company and product. Use plywood and tyvek, you'll never regret it.
