I am 5ft 7in and 167lbs. Everyone here says to go at least one size down and I'm so glad I did. I had a medium sized dress and it fit perfectly. I wore it with my friend to the military engineer ball. This dress is made of viscose and elastane, so it can be ironed, but you must iron inside out, moving the iron constantly to avoid burning the dress. We added a black bow premade at Joann's Fabricz and added a ribbon. It was sewn onto the dress, making it difficult to put on, but it had nothing to do with the dress. In other words, wear belts or bows that you can tie, and don't even think about sewing anything on unless it's just in the front and not 360 around. I added this black piece under the skirt to give it more definition and volume. wear it again!
