Not so warm. I am a grown woman, the hat fits perfectly. It's soft and comfortable, but lacks the warmth needed for Wisconsin weather. Outside 25*, wind 10 mph, I felt windy and cold for the entire 15 minute walk. Warm enough but not for cold or windy weather, this beanie is not thick enough. In addition, the white soft fuzzy only fills 3/4 of the inside of the hat. It's soft but not thick. The outer part of the jersey is also very thin. Overall the hat looks and feels good, just not warm enough.
