For the price it's hard to beat, although it's doubtful it supports HDMI v2.1. Cables that do so must be labeled Ultra High Speed on the ends or elsewhere. If it isn't, it's not certified. Not many of them are certified for more than 6 feet. However, it worked for what I needed. I sometimes have audio sync issues. It could very well be a cable as it is related to using eARC. However, I also have an LG C9 OLED and some research shows that the processor is having issues with eARC support. Obviously not powerful enough to handle eARC and 4K video. There are options to fix the audio sync if you want to explore that. The video looks good, especially for 4K movies and shows, as well as my XBOX Series X. I can't comment on any video issues yet. I was aware of the potential limitations but needed more length so I took the flyer for the price. The cable is Saturday and seems well built. I knew this was all going on, but felt I needed to give other buyers the right information. In general it seems to work. I would buy the cable again.
