I've had a difficult time. I hardly rested and finally I had a home and I just settled in to do something relaxing and it amazed me. Bad smell. I looked everywhere and couldn't find what it was. Finally, I peeked over the back of our lounge chair and saw the remains of a dead carcass there. omg WHAT IS IT FOR? This substance comes in a very large 1 liter bottle. He's wearing a pop top. It has a mild fragrance, almost herbal and floral. It's quite pleasant, but not overwhelming. HOW IT WORKS? Well, when I called one of my family members for insurance (so much for home ownership) and we both found out that one of our cats had killed a bird, hid the remains under a love seat, vomited, and peed in the same spot. MY GOD. She must have done it very quickly because we keep her in the cat's apartment at night. We used it on the carpet as directed and at first the smell didn't seem to go away but then within a few hours. At first the smell was so disgusting that I almost threw up, so it's quite remarkable. HOW ELSE DOES IT WORK? We have a rabbit, a male, who tends to mark places and we have cleaned his urine with this remedy. ok and it worked fine too. He doesn't usually go upstairs to the carpet, but occasionally he succeeds. SUMMARY This thing has proven useful on a number of occasions for purifying various types of animal urine and by-products. It reduces odors and cleans well when used as directed. MY RATING IS FIVE STARS. We've been using Odo-Ban for many years now, but it's nice to have a lighter scented alternative that doesn't smell as strong in the summer.
