This is an excellent vibration platform! It does everything it claims to do and it's so easy to use. I purchased a different vibration platform by a different brand for Christmas andI absolutely hated it. I did not like the vibration on it because it was very harsh and jerky not smooth like this one.I chose to return it because the instructions were horrible and I could not figure out how to use any of the six program or the remote. This vibration platform is a so much better quality and it has great instructions. It is also so user friendly that I probably could have figured out how to use it even without instructions. The bluetooth works great too! You won't regret buying this one!
