I love how powerful this scrubber drier is and the nozzles that come with it. BUT I had to send it back as the scrubber end cap didn't stay in place. The end cap covers the battery. I sent it back and ordered a replacement kit and it also had the SAME issue. The end cap just fell off. Either design or manufacturing defect. It is very frustrating to keep returning this item but for the price I will not be keeping it. I'm not sure if I'll buy another Black and Decker or not. I have had a similar B&D scrubber for over 20 years and it has worked great the whole time and at one point it just stopped working. It was well made and looked good even after it stopped working. But this current model has this problem, at least in the units I've received. Also, my original mop came with a nice molded rubber mount/bin for all the parts. With this new model, all parts are loose, so you'll have to come up with your own container to hold it all together. If I didn't have any issues with the end cap on either set I would give these a 4 or 5 star rating.
