NEVER Diamond or 3/8 inch
If you are dressing with a regular grinding wheel this might work. I have a machine shop and we bought it to grind a diamond wheel to remove the hard carbide. It can't be that they are really diamond-coated... the wheel immediately eats up the dresser. They are also NOT 3/8" in diameter. They are .384 so we had to toss them up a bit more to fit in our holder. Wedding product!
