I can't even open the battery compartment.
Bought this for my husband for Christmas to play with his nieces and nephews but we can't even open the battery compartment. :/ With a screwdriver the screw just spins round and round and doesn't seem to come loose at all? Even if I hold the screw and try to push it out from the inside, nothing works. I don't see any other reviews mentioning this so I don't know if we just hit the wrong one or what but either way it is. super annoying and frustrating.
