I love how easy it is for my team to schedule time off, set up timesheets (or leave them blank) when they're away from their desks or even send a reminder if someone forgets! The scheduling interface needs some work - there's no way of seeing what your coworkers are doing right now in real-time unless you add all employees' emails as friends/followers which isn't ideal.
It would be nice if we could see who has been idle recently so that our managers can address those issues more quickly than waiting until an employee sends us feedback via email asking about something like this!
