I bought a Merku Mesh WiFi M2 Hive router network to replace the Spectrum provided Sagemcom Fast 5260 WiFi and it turned out to be absolutely USELESS. Why? Because it lacks the wired connections needed in a home that has both Wi-Fi and direct connections. I thought buying a Merku system would improve my WiFi coverage and make my life easier. Judging from the description on AMAZON, installing the system consists of simply disconnecting the "old" and connecting the "new". Unfortunately when I disabled the "old" the "new" didn't have enough connections to restore my system. Apparently I need additional Merku Mesh PLUS hardware to replace the base WiFi system provided by Spectrum. which is not mentioned anywhere in the Merku instructions. To say I'm disappointed would be a gross understatement.
