The sign is great, the balloons are awful.

The writing on it was cute. This is a kind of felt material and I like that it can be used multiple times. It wasn't tied together, but it wasn't too difficult to do. However, the balloons were terrible. Some of them had holes in them, and all the others popped out very easily in the explosion without even overfilling them. In the end we could only use half of the balloons. I'm so glad I bought replacement balloons from the party shop because it was so disappointing.
