Ordered as a gift for a senior. He dreams of becoming an artist, is very picky and keeps complaining about the lack of shadows. I saw this set on my friend's Instagram with a good rating. It came while I was out so my 16 year old son and 2 daughter unwrapped it without me. When I got home, the painting process was in full swing. I lost my children for a whole day. I think many parents will understand how happy I was during all this quarantine and social isolation. All day I heard no crying, no lamentations or anything else. My husband was also pleasantly surprised by some American time. In the evening I asked my son about the quality and received approval and thanks. He liked the palette, the shades and the quality of the pencils. And when I said he was picky, I meant it. It comes with two sketchbooks, which are great for drawing in pencil and "capture the hues really well." My little one was having a blast drawing which is a good thing as she wasn't impressed with the little Crayola pencils. Find out.
