This pillow is life changing
I typically sleep with my arms above my head, sleeping on my shoulders and cutting off circulation. The shape of this pillow allows for very comfortable arm placements without allowing me to put my arms in a position that would compromise blood flow or be very uncomfortable for long periods of time.
