Excellent Customer Service and Very Pleased with Results

I like that they have such specific goals for each customer. It's great because we can easily see who has been contacted about which product or message in order of importance; this helps us identify any problems before contacting customers directly, as well as seeing if there are any open questions left from previous interactions. They also offer several plans starting at $5/month so people without budgets don't miss out! The main problem I had was finding some of these emails when searching through them (or even after reading them). There were sometimes multiple copies of the same exact letter sent to different people within my organization. This meant that I would waste time trying to find all of those duplicates instead of just one. However, since implementing a search function that lets me filter down to only include contacts related to certain products, it now allows me access to all of those duplicate letters quickly using filters. I really like how easy they are when setting things out for me! They made everything so clear in terms of my goals/needs etc that all we had left was implementation - which went very well too :) There's nothing about them as such but if there were something i would say maybe make sure your account rep knows enough abut social media platforms (it looks at least one person doesn't know much). It didn’t take long before everyone knew exactly why this product has been implemented & loved from day 1!!
