This heavy duty bag has everything you need to get started. It's long enough that people of different heights shouldn't have a problem with this bag. All you have to do is assemble it. As for mounting, I first installed it in my basement on an eye hook in a joist, but it didn't hold up very well when I used it. To reinforce it I took a 2x6 and cut it down to the three joists and bolted it on. I then used an eye hook and screwed it into the 2x6 and joist and now it's holding up pretty well. The bag is pre-filled and includes a pair of gloves and a cape. Gloves and wraps are probably fine for most casual users, but if you have big hands or plan on hitting the bag really hard, you might want another pair that's a little heavier and offers more protection. The wraps aren't bad, but for larger hands you might need a longer pair, e.g. B. 180 inches, which only costs about $ 6. The longer length should help protect your hand better. I'm not deducting any stars as this is more of a bonus item and will certainly suit most users. The main item (the heavy bag) itself is excellent and deserves 5 stars. The bag itself has held up pretty well to the abuse I've put it through. I use it about 3 times a week throwing punches, kicks, knees, elbows etc and it showed no signs of wear. There are no breaks and all of the filling stayed in place. Overall this bag is very well constructed and is a great exercise. I would definitely recommend!
