Works exactly as it should
They worked perfectly. We use them for employees on a Win10 PC for the softphone interface. The headsets they use (with mics) have a 3.5mm jack, but the 3.5mm jack on a PC isn't very versatile. If you use them to connect a headset to the USB port, you can use your phone while still playing computer audio through the speakers.
