I have been using their firewall for over 5 years now; they were one of our first providers when we started out back in 2008! They've always supported us with all aspects from design & implementation right through maintenance ensuring that everything is up to date (and tested!).

The customer service has also never let me down - helpful staff who respond quickly whenever there’s an issue or question which arises. Nothing really at this time but if you're looking into having some type of cybersecurity implemented then definitely look no further than them!! We use bullet proof as part of our network monitoring solution along side other third party vendors such as SolarWindSolutions etcetera.
