It was easy to set up and use! I wish there were more options in terms of creating different types of survey questions. Also, it would be great if they could have some sort of reporting tool so that I can see how many people actually took the survey or used the coupon code. We've been able to get feedback from customers using this system. They love being able to answer questions about their experience when shopping online.
