Not the best and I'm guessing it's an 8mm rope and not a 6mm rope. The color is darker than in the picture. There are many inconsistencies in thickness and density, with some areas clearly representing splices and many short, thick, coarse and other inhomogeneous fibers. When used for Kinbaku/Shibari, this rope must be carefully pre-treated to make it softer. this and remove the chemical smell. Not sure I would trust that given the fiber density mismatch on every suspension job. Beginners who don't want to learn how to rope should invest in a quality, Japanese-made Kinbaku ropeโit's too much work. After boiling/roasting/waxing it's fine as extra broth for ground ties, but I doubt it will last.
