As my son got older and started taking baseball more seriously, it was time to invest in a quality tee that could take some abuse. I couldn't decide between this shirt and the Jugs shirt and the owner of the baseball cap we wear recommended this one to me. Yes, it's a bit heavy, but it doesn't tip over. I didn't want a shirt that needed to be weighed down with a barbell and this one does. The ball holds well on the tee and is very easy to adjust. It seems a little pricey, but I'm used to the junk starter t-shirts you get at walmarts or t-shirts. As soon as we receive it, you can say you get what you pay for. My son is 8 but I expect this one to last a long time and we are very happy with the purchase.
