If they really had all the necessary details I would give them five stars but they didn't. The nuts needed to attach the rollers were not included - these are metric threaded rods making it difficult to find a store in the US that has them - a lot of time and money wasted. The wheels also need a thick washer (I used 5/8") to make the roller mount flat on its flat mounting surface - otherwise they will stress the "bulge" of the threaded rod and make it unstable. Add washers and nuts added - five stars. I disagree with their 2" installation instructions - I measured the buoyancy effect prior to installation and used 1-3/4" instead. The unit performs as expected. High quality wheels and bearings that definitely add up to an overall load of 600 lbs can handle.
