I was really excited to see this delivered on time for my son’s birthday! We opened it and saw that the alphabets were cute and very colorful; the sheets with the spellings were also very beautiful and neat! All this was great till we lined up the alphabets only to see that both the "a”s were missing. Since most of the words have an "a” in them, we are at a loss now! I tried reaching out to them via email (which is listed on their box) and it’s been more than a week and no response!Also, now that we have explored the product more, I realized that most of the alphabets can easily be confused with one another.I really wanted to like this product since it was not plastic and looked so lovely along with being a great spelling tool for the kids . but unfortunately, we won’t be buying from them again!P.S: we didn’t return the product only because my son won’t part with it.
