Quiet, attractive, 8-10 inch footprint. Works well in the bedroom. I decided to buy a smaller particle filter which is not included in the kit. A little confused by the description when the filter is sold separately. (Yes, he comes with one). It was difficult to find where to order other specialty filters. At least when I ordered. There was no direct link to order additional filters. I had to close the backlit panel at the top as it was too bright for us at night. But for other people, it can replace a night light.
