Great platform that helps improve service delivery efficiency

I like how easy it was for me to get up and running quickly without having prior knowledge about ITIL processes in order to implement this software solution within my organization.
The only thing i dislike at first glance is its price tag but after using it several times now, everything has been worth every penny spent! We have made great strides towards streamlining our internal operations by implementing an automated system which allows us to track all services requests across departments more effectively than ever before.

Pros

It also provides very strong integration capabilities allowing users access directly from their favorite application via webservices/SOAP protocols while providing full security measures built into each endpoint along side authentication methods provided through LDAPS protocol over SSL 3 encryption technology
