Spark plug installed on Sunday, driving to work on Monday less than 4 miles from home when the check engine light started flashing and the engine misfired. Stopped to check what damage was done, the spark plug was unreliable (also very hot), the spark plug clothing was melted from the fire escaping the spark plug until the tip was completely removed from the spark plug. Hats off, almighty God, my car didn't catch fire! Since there were no instructions, I could not use the insert incorrectly, there were no instructions!
