Disappointing: storage and organization

Advertisement describes DELUX Kit Portion Control Containers (14 pcs) with COMPLETE GUIDE + 21 DAY PLANNER + e-RECIPE BOOK. I received tiny containers. Yes, they are portioned, but I can't comment on the quality. I didn't use them because I didn't get the COMPLETE GUIDE or the 21-DAY PLANNER. I printed out an e-book of recipes but I really don't understand what makes this set so luxurious. I complain. I only received the containers but NOT the full guide or day 21 planner. For the price I would say it was a very poor use of my money. I have not been able to contact anyone from senior management regarding this. So my disappointment was never taken into account.
