I am sure that the product itself is fine and that the supplier delivered a good product. However, I received a cooler with a damaged transmission cooler connection. The fitting is unrecoverable. If I had time I would return the radiator but I needed it for my car ASAP. So I bought a similar fitting and put it on the radiator. I am very disappointed with the delivery of the cooler, UPS I believe. They also initially delivered the package to the wrong address until I filed a claim. With my ghetto radiator, however, we will see how long the product lasts in the future. Again, I don't blame the seller, it's not their fault my shipping experience was poor hence 1 star for shipping. plastic container).
