Update: I no longer drink. But they have helped me a lot to get rid of compulsive overeating. If you are looking for something to help you start losing weight. USE IT. I've been on a strict diet since June 19th. Atkins shakes have been a huge part of my weight loss journey. I went from 234 pounds on June 19th to 206 pounds on August 6th. I drink a smoothie in the morning, eat a healthy endurance lunch, and have a smoothie in the evening. I also do 30 minutes of cardio every day. I was a good junkie and these things literally saved me. They help me with my sweet tooth and fill me up. I don't get paid or anything like that. But if you're desperate for something to help. THESE are great.
