The pillows they sent me were Scott Living not Serta although all the specs seem to be right as they are also listed as "Summer/Winter" were packed. "White Goose Feather" Cotton 233 kan. They were appropriately sized king size pillows and arrived more or less vacuum packed. I expected them to fluff up, but they never did. The down is very soft but offers no support. Put them in the dryer with a tennis ball for 15 minutes and they looked plump, but when they lay on them they hit their heads hard on the mattress. They're practically useless as a pillow, but look great with a pillowcase.
