So I bought this cord twice which was my mistake. First cable, a piece of metal broke off inside my phone, I had to remove it with tweezers. About three weeks after purchasing it, I chalked it up as being too gross with it, so I called it the doubt and ordered it again. Part of putting the phone in and now there is no sound. I'm not rough with my cables, for example I've been using the same aux cable for two years, but I switched cars and had to buy a new cable. I went with another company and spent a little more money this time 🤷‍♀️
